    Your vacation starts with a pleasant flight to Istanbul, the only city built on two continents: Asia and Europe.
    Day 2: Istanbul - Canakkale (MOB/L/D)
    Upon arrival, commence on your sightseeing tour. Visit the Topkapi Palace - a palace during the Ottoman Empire, now a museum with a wide collection of Porcelains, Treasuries, etc. Next, we visit the Blue Mosque – the largest religious complexes in Istanbul. Take a stroll through the site of the ancient Hippodrome, once the sporting ground of chariots. See the Egyptian Obelisk, Serpentine Column and Ibrahim Pasa Palace that sits opposite. Proceed to St. Sophia Museum, a unique combination of Christianity and Islamic under one roof. After lunch, we depart Canakkale via Galipoli. Cross the Asia side of Turkey by ferry. Witness one of the war sites during the First World War. Drive to the Canakkale waterfront for a photo-stop of the Trojan Horse from the movie “Troy”.
    Day 3: Canakkale - Troy - Pergamon - Kusadasi (B/L/D)
    Today tour the mythical city of Troy - home of the “Trojan Horse”. Proceed on to the ancient city of Pergamon. Tour the Acropolis, an architectural masterpiece that is perched on the city’s highest point. After lunch, we will stop over at a Turkish Delight and Apple Tea Outlet in Kusadasi - a town on the Aegean Coast of Turkey.
    Day 4: Kusadasi - Selcuk - Pamukkale (B/L/D)
    Start the day with a fashion show featuring leather products made in Turkey. Visit the House of Virgin Mary, where she is believed to have spent her last year. Set off for Selcuk and explore Ephesus, one of the world’s most outstanding archaeological sites. Walk in its well-preserved marble streets to the Library of Celsius, The Odeon, Grand Theatre, Temple of Hadrian, Roman Bath, and etc. See the site of Temple of Artemis, which is one of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World. Continue to Pamukkale, visit the extensive ruins of Hierapolis and Necropolis - known for its thermal baths and health centre. Thereafter, explore Cotton Castle a magical and unique terraces created by deposits of white limestone from thermal springs.
    Day 5: Pamukkale - Konya - Cappadocia (B/L/D)
    Travel to Konya, the famous old capital city of Seljuk Turks in the 12th and 13th centuries. Visit an ancient caravanserai, a hotel for ancient traders and travelers. Next, visit the blue-green domed Melvana Museum, which used to be the cloister for Mevlevi Dervishes. Continue to Cappadocia.
    Day 6: Cappadocia (B/L/D)
    The unique landscape of Cappadocia evolved from the erosion of the ash sedimentation by wind, sun and rain, sculpting the land into countless strangely shaped pillars and cones. Start our day with the magnificent Valley of Fairy Chimneys, one of the most unique areas in Cappadocia. Be enchanted by the Underground City of Kaymakli, once a place of refuge for 15000 Christians. See their bedrooms, church, meeting hall and food storage rooms in this eight-storey city connected by 30km of corridors and passageways. Stop at Esentepe Hill for a bird’s eye view of Cappadocia, discover the history and tradition of Turkish carpets in a local carpet workshop. Following this, visit the Pigeon Valley and the fascinating frescoed rock churches and chapels at Goreme Open Air Museum. Photo stops will be made at Uchisar Castle Village, a fantasyland of strange and wonderful works of man and nature. Proceed to Avanos Pottery Village, set on the banks of the Kizilirmak. After that, visit to a semi-precious stone jewelry store.
    Day 7: Cappadocia – Ankara – Bolu (B/L/D)
    This morning, drives pass picturesque Salt Lake and arrive into Ankara – capital of Turkey. Our Ankara sightseeing highlights the magnificent Ataturk Mausoleum, constructed to commemorate Mustafa Kemal Ataturk – father of modern Turkey. Proceed to the enchanting town of Bolu for the night.
    Day 8: Bolu – Istanbul (B/L/D)
    Drive back to Istanbul. It’s shopping time at the 550 years old Grand Bazaar, which has more than 4000 shops selling local products. If time permits, why not join an optional cruise at own expense of the Bosphorus? Tonight, relax and enjoy a delightful dinner show featuring belly and folklore dance.
    Day 9: Istanbul - Departure (B)
    Transfer to the airport for your flight back home, bringing back wonderful memories and superb souvenirs from your Turkish vacation with CTC travel.

    Assemble at the Airport for your flight to Istanbul, the only city built on two continents.
    Day 2: Istanbul – Canakkale – Ayvalik (L/D)
    This morning, we will drive to Cannakale visit the ruins of Troy. Here you will be greeted by the huge replica of a wooden Trojan Horse, a vivid reminder of the ancient Trojan War. Then continue our journey to Ayvalik, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
    Day 3: Ayvalik – Kusadasi (Turkey) - Patmos (Greece) (B/L/D)
    An early morning arrive at Kusadasi, embark to 4 days Cruise to the Greek Island of Patmos. An optional excursion is a must to Patmos where St. John recorded the Book of Revelation.
    Day 4: Patmos - Crete - Santorini (Greece) (B/L/D)
    Arrive in the main city of Heraklion of the island of Crete. Take the opportunity to participate in the optional shore excursion to the Palace of Knossos, the ceremonial and political centre of the Minoan Civilization on Crete. Then, on to the most breathtaking island, Santorini – believed to be the lost continent of Atlantis and exceptionally beautiful island of white washed houses set into the steeps cliffs shaped by volcano.
    Day 5: Santorini - Athens - Mykonos (Greece) (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, transfer to Athens to embark your Greek Islands cruise to Mykonos, visit to Mykonos town is at your own expenses. You will have about 3 hours of free time to explore the island. We suggest that you visit “Hora” the island’s capital where you will enjoy walking through the narrow cobbled streets, passing by chic boutiques, elegant nightclubs and white-washed houses. Do not miss Alefkandra, a charming corner of Hora, known also as the “Venice” of Mykonos, the houses are built on the sea, with wooden balconies that evoke Venice. There were built from the mid, 18th century onward and were homes of wealthy merchants and captions. From here, you can also snapshot the iconic “windmills” of Mykonos.
    Day 6: Mykonos – Kusadasi - Pamukkale (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, prepare to disembark cruise and drive to Selcuk where you will explore Ephesus, one of the largest archaeological sites in existence. You will find awesome structures such as the Library of Celsius, Hadrian Temple, Marble Street and Agora. Ephesus is also one of the 7 Churches of Revelation. Next visit the House of Virgin Mary, it is believe that this little chapel is where Virgin Mary has lived and died. Continue with a fashion show featuring leather products made in Turkey before proceed for dinner and overnight in Pamukkale where you can enjoy free thermal pool in the hotel.

    Today, tour the ruins of the ancient city of Hierapolis – known for its thermal baths and health centre. Thereafter, explore Cotton Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a magical and unique terrace created by deposits of white limestone from thermal spring. Travel to Cappadocia via Konya, the famous old capital city of Seljuk Turks in the 12th and 13th centuries. Visit an ancient caravanserai, a “hotel” for ancient traders and travelers. Next, visit the blue-green domed Melvana Museum, which used to be the cloister for Mevlevi Dervishes. Then, continue to Cappadocia.

    Enjoy a full-day tour of Cappadocia, which boasts a unique landscape sculpted by the wind, sun, rain and snow. Explore Kaymakli Underground City, one of the largest underground cities here, said to have existed since the Hittite period. Then, explore Goreme Open Air Museum, a compound comprising 29 rock-cut churches, including some that date back to the 6th century. Thereafter, proceed to Uchisar Castle Village, an old village comprising small dwellings carved into a massive rock. Make photo stop at Pigeon Valley and Esentepe Hill. Next, visit a carpet factory and showroom and see a carpet-wearing demonstration to learn more about the art of wearing Turkish carpets.

    This morning, we will drive to Cannakale visit the ruins of Troy. Here you will be greeted by the huge replica of a wooden Trojan Horse, a vivid reminder of the ancient Trojan War. Then continue our journey to Ayvalik, transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
    Day 3: Ayvalik – Kusadasi (Turkey) - Patmos (Greece) (B/L/D)
    An early morning arrive at Kusadasi, embark to 4 days Cruise to the Greek Island of Patmos. An optional excursion is a must to Patmos where St. John recorded the Book of Revelation.
    Day 4: Patmos - Crete - Santorini (Greece) (B/L/D)
    Arrive in the main city of Heraklion of the island of Crete. Take the opportunity to participate in the optional shore excursion to the Palace of Knossos, the ceremonial and political centre of the Minoan Civilization on Crete. Then, on to the most breathtaking island, Santorini – believed to be the lost continent of Atlantis and exceptionally beautiful island of white washed houses set into the steeps cliffs shaped by volcano.
    Day 5: Santorini - Athens - Mykonos (Greece) (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, transfer to Athens to embark your Greek Islands cruise to Mykonos, visit to Mykonos town is at your own expenses. You will have about 3 hours of free time to explore the island. We suggest that you visit “Hora” the island’s capital where you will enjoy walking through the narrow cobbled streets, passing by chic boutiques, elegant nightclubs and white-washed houses. Do not miss Alefkandra, a charming corner of Hora, known also as the “Venice” of Mykonos, the houses are built on the sea, with wooden balconies that evoke Venice. There were built from the mid, 18th century onward and were homes of wealthy merchants and captions. From here, you can also snapshot the iconic “windmills” of Mykonos.
    Day 6: Mykonos – Kusadasi - Pamukkale (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, prepare to disembark cruise and drive to Selcuk where you will explore Ephesus, one of the largest archaeological sites in existence. You will find awesome structures such as the Library of Celsius, Hadrian Temple, Marble Street and Agora. Ephesus is also one of the 7 Churches of Revelation. Next visit the House of Virgin Mary, it is believe that this little chapel is where Virgin Mary has lived and died. Continue with a fashion show featuring leather products made in Turkey before proceed for dinner and overnight in Pamukkale where you can enjoy free thermal pool in the hotel.
    Day 7: Pamukkale – Konya – Cappadocia (B/L/D)
    Today, tour the ruins of the ancient city of Hierapolis – known for its thermal baths and health centre. Thereafter, explore Cotton Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a magical and unique terrace created by deposits of white limestone from thermal spring. Travel to Cappadocia via Konya, the famous old capital city of Seljuk Turks in the 12th and 13th centuries. Visit an ancient caravanserai, a “hotel” for ancient traders and travelers. Next, visit the blue-green domed Melvana Museum, which used to be the cloister for Mevlevi Dervishes. Then, continue to Cappadocia.
    Day 8: Cappadocia (B/L/D)
    Enjoy a full-day tour of Cappadocia, which boasts a unique landscape sculpted by the wind, sun, rain and snow. Explore Kaymakli Underground City, one of the largest underground cities here, said to have existed since the Hittite period. Then, explore Goreme Open Air Museum, a compound comprising 29 rock-cut churches, including some that date back to the 6th century. Thereafter, proceed to Uchisar Castle Village, an old village comprising small dwellings carved into a massive rock. Make photo stop at Pigeon Valley and Esentepe Hill. Next, visit a carpet factory and showroom and see a carpet-wearing demonstration to learn more about the art of wearing Turkish carpets.
    Day 9: Cappadocia – Ankara - Bolu (B/L/D)
    This morning, drives pass picturesque Salt Lake and arrive into Ankara – capital of Turkey. Visit Ataturk Mausoleum, the final resting place of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, who was regarded as the father of modern Turkey. Thereafter, proceed to Bolu for your overnight stay.
    Day 10: Bolu - Istanbul (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, continue your journey to Istanbul. Upon arrival, commence on your sightseeing tour. Visit the Topkapi Palace – a place during the Ottoman Empire, now a museum with a wide collection of Porcelains, Treasuries, etc. Next, we visit the Blue Mosque – the largest religious complexes in Istanbul.     After breakfast, we will visit Ephesus Ancient Greek-Roman city which had the biggest population (250,000) of the Mediterranean area. Then, visit the House of Virgin Mary. After lunch, we will continue our drive to Pamukkale and visit Hierapolis Ancient City, Cotton Castle and Cleopatra’s Ancient Pool. Overnight at Pamukkale.
    Day 5: Pamukkale – Antalya (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, we start our morning drive towards Antalya where is one of the highlights of Turkey. Visit Aspendos and the tour of the city will include the Gymnasium, the Ancient Baths, The Theatre, the Arcopolis and the Agora. Driving through Antalya city center and visit castle of Antalya and leisure time inside the castle. Overnight & dinner at Hotel in Antalya.
    Day 6: Konya - Cappadocia (B/L/D)
    After breakfast, we will proceed to Konya. Visit the Mevlana Mausoleum - located in Konya, Turkey, is the mausoleum of Jalal ad-Din Muhammad Rumi, a Sufi mystic also known as Mevlana or Rumi. It was also the dervish lodge (tekke) of the Mevlevi order, better known as Whirling Dervishes. We will be visiting the Seljukian Caravanserai “Sultanhan” on the way to Cappadocia. Overnight in Cappadocia.
    Day 7: Cappadocia (B/L/D)
    Early morning hot air ballooning tour (optional) watching the landscape in the safe hot air balloon basket, gliding from the sky through the valleys, going up-down the sky and seeing the beauties of Cappadocia in different aspects is just an amazing experience. After breakfast, whole day sightseeing tour starting with the Underground city which was built during the early Christian period for outlive and keep their faith. Then, we visit pottery factory. Next, Goreme Open Air museum to take a short break or nice picture near Goreme town and Uchisae Citadel. Lunch at a very authentic cave restaurant. After lunch we will be visiting a very traditional handmade carpet workshop which waved by local ladies. Next, take a picture in the Pasabag and Derbent Valley. Visit turquoise jewellery shop. Overnight in Cappadocia.
    Day 8: Cappadocia – Ankara – Bolu (B/L/D)
    Morning after breakfast, we will be driving towards Ankara. On the way we have time to take a picture in the salt lake which is second largest in Turkey with beautiful scenery. Lunch at Ankara. Next we will visit Mausoleum of the Ataturk. Overnight in Bolu.
    Day 9: Istanbul (B/L/D)

    After breakfast, drive back to Istanbul, first on Camlica Hill, enjoying the view, taste Turkish tea with thin belly glass, amazing Istanbul. After lunch, we will visit St. Sophia Museum, which used as a church and mosque for many years. Shopping at the grand bazaar, before dinner. After dinner, will transfer to airport for your flight home.

    Day 3: Kusadasi - Izmir - Kayseri (B)
    After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Izmir. Flight : Sun Express Izmir – Kusadasi 0905 / 1030. In Cappadocia, proceed with full day touring to see the valleys, rock formations, remnants of older churches and Kaymakli underground city, where early Christians hid from persecutors.
    Day 4: Cappadocia (B)
    Stop by Avcilar and Pigeon Valley to experience the moon-like topography of Cappadocia before continuing to the Open Air Museum in Goreme to see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock-cut churches with frescoes and paintings (10th to 13th century) and Pasabagi Valley. Proceed to the pottery town of Avanos where the Kizilirmak River, Turkey’s longest, meanders leaving the red clay on its banks that has been the potters’ raw material for centuries. Return to your hotel.
    Day 5: Cappadocia - Hattusas - Corum (B)
    After breakfast drive to Corum drive for Hattusas capital of the Hittite Empire. Before visiting the main capital see the open air sanctuary of Yazilikaya as the sunlight shines directly on the bas-reliefs in the morning. Visit the Lion’s Gate, Tunnel, King’s Gate, Citadel and Grand Temple at Hattusas. Overnight in Corum.
    Day 6: Corum - Safranbolu (B)
    After breakfast drive to Safranbolu. Safranbolu is a town boasting a glorious collection of old Ottoman houses with a rich collection of pieces of art which represent traditional Turkish life and culture. Its rich history and success in preserving it earned the town inclusion on the UNESCO World Heritage List.   • Day 1: Arrive In Istanbul, Turkey

    Day 2: Istanbul - Gallipoli - Canakkale (B/D)
    Drive along the Sea of Marmara to Gallipoli on the European side of the Dardanelles. Time to visit the Anzac Cemetery and the site of a bloody World War I battle. Then a short ferry crossing to Asia Minor. Overnight in Canakkale.
    Day 3: Canakkale - Troy - Izmir - Kusadasi (B/D)
    First, a visit to the remains of Homer's legendary, Troy. South to the lovely Bay of Edremit with distant views of the island of Lesbos. Through forests of pine, oak, and valonia, head for Izmir, where an orientation drive includes the Karsiyaka District. From here, it's not far to your hotel in Kusadasi.
    Day 4: At Leisure In Kusadasi (B)
    Enjoy your charming modern resort located between ancient Ephesus and Priene, blessed with a delightful climate and white sandy beaches. Optional excursions to the Roman/Greek archaeological site of Ephesus and to the Virgin Mary House are available.
    Day 5: Kusadasi - Pamukkale - Denizli Area (B/D)
    Once past Aydin, you enter what is known as the "Greek Meander," the most fertile region in Turkey. Make a first stop this morning for optional sightseeing of the ancient site of Aphrodisias scattered around the village of Geyre. From the town of Denizli, drive north to view the extraordinary sight of Pamukkale with the ancient site of Hierapolis. Overnight in the Denizli area.
    Day 6: Denizli Area - Konya (B/D)
    Eastwards to Dinar and then past Lake Acigol, surrounded by cherry gardens and opium fields. Later, splendid mountain scenery on the way to Konya.
    Day 7: Konya - Goreme - Cappadocia (B/D)
    Continue eastward into the great central plateau that separates Konya from Cappadocia, taking a break at the great Agzikarahan caravanserai. After arrival in Goreme, an included afternoon excursion to the amazing Rock Chapels carved by early Christians. Overnight in Cappadocia.
    Day 8: Cappadocia (B/D)
    Optional sightseeing in the spectacular Cappadocia area. Admire the large natural amphitheatre bounded by almost-vertical cliffs into which have been hewn monastic buildings, churches, and underground retreats where early Christians sheltered from Roman persecution.
    Day 9: Cappadocia - Aksaray - Ankara (B/D)
    North today by way of Aksaray to Ankara. Enjoy an orientation drive of the Turkish capital. Afternoon optional excursions are available to see some of the capital's highlights.
    Day 10: Ankara - Gordion - Bursa (B/D)
    From Ankara into the ancient kingdom of Phrygia to Gordion where, according to legend, Alexander the Great cut the proverbial knot. Visit King Midas' tomb. On to historic Bursa in the shadow of the Olympus of Mysia, famous for its great Mosque, covered bazaar, and silk market.
    Day 11: Bursa - Ferry Crossing - Istanbul (B)
    A morning drive to the shores of the Sea of Marmara, then take a ferry across the Bay of Izmit to Istanbul. This afternoon, enjoy the included sightseeing with visits to the Roman Hippodrome and the Blue Mosque. Tonight, take advantage of the optional dinner outing in Istanbul.
    Day 12: Istanbul (B)
    Markets, peddlers, and stalls selling almonds, pistachios, iced drinks, and black coffee - you'll find this vigorous city irresistible. The view of the city at dusk with its 600 mosques and the Bosporus is unforgettable. Optional possibilities are a morning excursion by private boat to the Bosporus and in the afternoon, the "Historical Tour of Istanbul".
    Day 13: Istanbul - Departure (B)
    Your holiday ends with breakfast this morning.
